Automatically optimises the tonal range of images

Simulated Illustration
Converts photographs to illustrations automatically
without the need for photo-retouching software.
Monochrome Effects
Converts
standard colour photographs to sepia hues. Can also be used
to add a tinge in any colour such as green or blue.
Duplex Printing
Print on both sides of a page! High-speed monochrome
printing, at five pages per minute allows you to work
at maximum efficiency.
Dual Interface
Comes standard with both USB* and parallel interfaces,
enabling direct connection to Windows®98 or Mac OS.
*USB operation can only be guaranteed on a PC
with pre-installed Windows®98 or Mac OS 8.1 or later.
Scanner Function
Simply
replace the ink cartridge with an optional IS-22 scanner cartridge
to scan full-colour images at 360dpi.
Photo
Printing Capabilities
Print with life-like PhotoRealism* at a sharp
resolution of 720 x 360dpi. The subtle mid- tones of photographs
are reproduced with smooth and natural gradations.
